COVID-19 at events

Evolve wants to keep events COVID safe but acknowledges this is a joint effort from all involved. All staff are regularly COVID tested inline with current NHS requirements and Evolve intends to stay up-to-date with current national guidance. Patients and staff that present with symptoms whilst at an event will be advised to return home, isolate and book a COVID test.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Level 1 PPE for all patient encounters - wearing type IIR surgical masks for all patients. Gloves, apron and eye protection are no loner routine unless level 2 PPE is indicated.

• Level 2 PPE for risk contamination with bodily fluids - wearing type IIR surgical masks with gloves, apron and eye protection.

• Level 3 PPE for aerosol generating procedures (AGP) with possible respiratory infection or unknown aetiology.
